I, hereby accept the terms and conditions of the service agreement with PDC PEACE PLAN.

I understand that the service must be provided in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in the agreement.

Warranties and Representations:

The service will be free from defects and deficiencies.

Indemnification:

I, agree to indemnify and hold harmless PDC PEACE PLAN, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to the service.

Termination:

Either party may terminate this agreement upon [number] days' written notice to the other party.

Upon termination, I, agree to immediately cease providing the service and return any PDC PEACE PLAN property.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lesotho

Entire Agreement:

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.
