Identify the church’s vision, mission, and values.
Determine the church’s current level of health and effectiveness in fulfilling the 5 biblical purposes.

Step 2: Cast a Clear Vision

Help the church’s leadership to cast a clear and compelling vision for the church, based on the 5 biblical purposes.
Ensure that the vision is specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART).
